Study on the preparation of pullulan polysaccharide nanoparticles by dialysis

Abstract

Abstract: ：The purpose of this experiment was to study the reaction of pullulan polysaccharide hydroxyl with phthalic anhydride, and to shrink the molecular group of pullulan polysaccharide by dialysis. The results showed that the configuration of the sugar group and the chemical position of the hydrogen could be determined by ¹H-NMR; That is, the pullulan polysaccharide hydroxyl group had been combined with phthalic anhydride. According to the SEM, the particle shape was round. The mean particle sizes of 1∶3, 1∶6, 1∶9, 1∶12 were 119.2 nm, 146.5 nm, 176.4 nm and 114.3 nm, respectively.
