Abstract: As people pay more and more attention to food, food inspection and testing agencies, as a major guarantee of food safety, have gradually come into the public's attention. At present, the third-party inspection agencies are gradually rising and developing as an auxiliary force of the government. This article analyzes the running trajectory and characteristics of the Dutch third-party testing agency for dairy products, and draws on its experience to give some inspiration for the establishment of the third-party testing agency in China so as to promote the healthy development of China’s dairy industry.
