垂直绿化植物拉粉花栽培基质筛选的研究

Study on selection of substrate for vertical greening plant Pharbitis nil

摘要: 随着城市的不断发展,人们对绿化有了更高的要求,不仅要降低成本还要减少占地面积,垂直绿化无土栽培技术应运而生。本试验中配制4种不同配比的轻型栽培基质种植拉粉花[Pharbitis nil(L.)Choisy],通过定期测定拉粉花的株高、叶绿素含量和叶片含氮量,比较4种栽培基质物理化学性状及供肥情况,筛选出最适宜拉粉花生长的轻质栽培基质。结果表明:4种垂直绿化栽培基质的容重变化在0.42~0.57 g/cm3之间,J4(V泥炭V蚯蚓粪V蛭石V菌渣肥=0.5∶0.5∶2.0∶1.0)基质的饱和持水力、毛管孔隙度和总孔隙度最高,并且J4基质中拉粉花的株高、叶绿素含量和叶片含氮量最高。

Abstract: As cities grow faster, people have higher requirements for greening, not only to reduce costs but also to reduce floor space, and thus vertical greening soilless cultivation techniques came into being. In this experiment, four kinds of light culture substrates with different proportions were prepared to grow Pharbitis nil(L.)Choisy. By regularly measuring the plant height, chlorophyll content and nitrogen content of the leaves, comparing the physicochemical properties and fertilizer supply of the four culture substrates, the light culture substrate which is most suitable for the growth of Pharbitis nil was screened out. The test results showed that the bulk density of the four vertical greening substrates varied from 0.42 to 0.57 g/cm3; the saturated water retention, capillary porosity and total porosity of J4 matrix were the highest(The volume ratio of peat, earthworm dung, vermiculite, mushroom residue fertilizer is 0.5∶0.5∶2.0∶1.0); The plant height, chlorophyll content and nitrogen content of the leaves in the J4 matrix were the highest.
