蓝目菊种子发芽与生长开花状况观察

摘要: 对从加州戴维斯引入的蓝目菊种子,在天津农学院温室和露地进行了播种和栽培试验。经过催芽试验,采取随机抽样法分析了第一片真叶和植株高生长状况,并对其主要生物学特性进行了观察记录。结果表明:蓝目菊有较好的发芽品质和播种品质,植株生长良好,花大而艳丽,有较高的观赏价值。

Abstract: :Seeds of Arctotis stoechadifolia var.grandis introduced from California Davies were sowed at the greenhouses and open fields of Tianjin Agricultural University to conduct the cultivation experiments. In this paper, a test of accelerating and analyzing the growth rhythm of the first trifoliate leaf and plant height adopting random sampling method were assumed, and the main biological characteristics were observed and recorded. The results show that A. stoechadifolia var. grandis had a favorite germination quality and seeding quality, the plant growth was good and its flower was large and showy, with high ornamental values.
