油菜精量播种机气力式排种器设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Pneumatic Precision Metering Device for Rapeseed

摘要: 根据油菜精量播种技术的农机、农艺要求,提出了气力式油菜精量播种机排种器的设计方案,对排种器结构和工作过程进行了分析。以秦油10号为试验用种,种子发芽率在85%左右,设计播量为0.63~4.41 kg/hm2,取播量为1.8 kg/hm2、拖拉机行进速度为2.6 km/h进行田间试验。结果表明,油菜播种机田间实际出苗数与设计播量之间播种均匀性变异系数为2.4%,说明该播种机排种器播种均匀性好,达到播种质量标准。

Abstract: According to the requirements of agricultural and agronomic of rapeseed precision metering technology, this study proposed the design scheme of pneumatic precision metering device for rapeseed and analyzed the structure and working process of the metering device. Field experiment conditions as follows: take Qin You No.10 for the tested seed, seed germination about 85%, the design seeding rate is 0.63~4.41 kg/hm2, take 1.8 kg/hm2 as test seeding number, the tractor speed is 2.6 km/h. After tested, the sowing uniformity variation coefficient between the actual number of rape sprout in field and design seeding rate is 2.4%, this result indicate that the seeder have a good uniformity, and meet the seed quality standards.
