围产期前后奶牛血清糖脂代谢参数的差异性研究

Differences in serum glycolipid metabolism parameters in dairy cows before and after the perinatal period

摘要: 试验旨在探究奶牛围产期不同时间血清糖脂代谢参数的变化规律,按照体况(3.25±0.5,5分制)、体重((570±50)kg)随机选取13头青年中国荷斯坦奶牛,分别在产前14 d(ap14)、7 d(ap7)和产后1 d(pp1)、7 d(pp7)、14 d(pp14)、21 d(pp21)采集血清,检测糖代谢参数(胰高血糖素、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素、血糖)和脂代谢参数(血酮、低密度脂蛋白、胆碱酯酶、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、游离脂肪酸)。结果表明:奶牛在pp14血液中的胰高血糖素浓度显著低于ap7和pp1中的浓度(P<0.05);ap7奶牛血液中的胰岛素水平显著高于pp7、pp14、pp21中的浓度,且在pp1奶牛血液中的胰岛素水平显著高于pp14和pp21中的浓度(P<0.05);pp7、pp14、pp21奶牛血液中的BHBA水平显著高于ap14中的水平,pp14奶牛血液中的BHBA水平显著高于pp1的水平(P<0.05);ap7、pp1、pp7血液中的HDL-C浓度显著低于pp14、pp21的浓度(P<0.05);奶牛血液中的CHO水平在pp1、pp7中显著低于pp14、pp21中的浓度,且在ap7中显著低于pp21中的浓度(P<0.05)。结果说明:围产期奶牛血液糖脂代谢参数的改变反映了奶牛产后糖代谢和体脂动员发生明显变化。

Abstract: The purpose of the experiment was to explore the change pattern of serum glycolipid metabolism parameters at different time during the perinatal period. 13 young Chinese Holstein cows were randomly selected according to the body condition(3.25±0.5,5-point scale)and weight((570±50)kg). Serum samples were collected 14, 7 days before delivery, and 1, 7, 14 and 21 days after delivery to detect glucose metabolism indicators(glucagon, glycated hemoglobin, insulin, blood glucose)and lipid metabolism indicators(blood ketone, low density lipoprotein , cholinesterase , low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglycerides, cholesterol, and free fatty acid). The results showed that the glucagon concentration in pp14 blood was significantly lower than that of pp 7 and pp1(P<0.05); the insulin levels in the blood of ap7 cows were significantly higher than the concentrations of pp7, pp14 and pp21, and the insulin level of blood in pp1 cows was significantly higher than the concentration of pp14 and pp21(P<0.05); BHBA levels in blood from pp7, pp14, pp21 cows were significantly higher than the concentration of ap 14. The BHBA level in the blood of pp14 cows was significantly higher than the concentration of pp1(P<0.05); HDL-C concentration in blood of ap7, pp1, pp7 was significantly lower than that of pp14, pp21(P<0.05); Blood CHO levels of cows were significantly lower in pp1, pp7 than pp14, pp21, and ap7 was significantly lower than pp21(P<0.05). The results showed that the changes of blood glucose and lipid metabolism parameters in perinatal dairy cows may lead to significant changes in postpartum glucose metabolism and body fat mobilization in dairy cows.
