摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自主学习能力,作为当代大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,在人才培养层面备受关注,目前我国大学生的自主学习能力不容乐观。本文从自主学习的基本理论出发,从教育者、受教育者、教育管理者和政策制定等角度探讨大学生自主学习途径的构建,以裨益于高校人才培养质量的提升。

关键词: 自主学习, 以人为本, 学习途径

Abstract: The independent learning ability, as an important part of the contemporary college students' comprehensive quality, has received much attention in the cultivation of talents. The autonomous learning ability of college students in our country is not optimistic, this article attempts from the basic theory of independent learning of open up new ways of college students' autonomous learning in a new perspective, to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges.
