摘要: 高校教师是培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的具体实施者,其自身师德建设意义重大,事关高等教育发展、高校德育体系构建和教师思想的纯洁性。本文分析了高校开展师德建设的重要性,探究了新时期高校师德的基本内涵,并提出了以师德教育为基础,以典型宣传为主要内容,以考核监督为重要保障,以制度建设为有力抓手的师德建设长效机制基本构架。

Abstract: University teachers are the concrete executors who cultivate socialist constructors and successors. The construction of teachers’ morality concerns the development of our higher education, the construction of moral education system in higher education institution and ideological purity. This article analyses the importance of teachers' morality construction in colleges and universities, and discusses the basic connotation of university teachers' morality construction in the new period. What's more, this article proposes a framework of long-run mechanism of teachers’ morality construction taking teachers’ virtue education as basis, adopting the typical propaganda as the main content, assessing the supervision as an important guarantee and taking regime construction as powerful measure.
