4个爆裂玉米组合籽粒灌浆特性的研究

摘要: 以爆裂玉米组合WB1401、WB1404、WB1407和WB1417为试验材料,在测定其灌浆期间籽粒干物质重的基础上,研究其灌浆规律和特性,以便于田间管理,为其推广和生产提供理论依据。通过对所测数据进行Logistic方程模拟分析,得到以下结果:4个爆裂玉米组合籽粒灌浆速度随灌浆日期均呈现慢-快-慢的“S”型曲线变化。灌浆速度最大值均出现在授粉后19 d前后;但4个组合的灌浆千粒重平均日增长的最大值不同,依次为7.51、5.13、6.65和5.56 g/d。组合WB1401和WB1417的灌浆千粒重的平均日增长值最大、有效灌浆期较长,可能会有较高的产量,其最大灌浆速率和干物质积累依品种而异。

Abstract: Based on the measurement of grain dry matter during grain filling stage of four pop waxy corn combinations-WB1401, WB1404, WB1407 and WB1417, the grain filling patterns of the four popcorn combinations was investigated in this paper and in order to facilitate the field management, provide theoretical basis for the extension and production. The results of the grain dry matter determination and Logistic curve simulation showed that change of the grain filling rate of the four popcorn varieties displayed “slow-fast-slow” state. The grain filling rate of the four pop reached the maximum on the 19th after pollination, but the biggest grain filling rates of 1000-grain weight were different, and the order were 7.51,5.13, 6.65 and 5.56 g/d. The average daily increase of 1000-grain weight of grain filling in combination WB1401 and WB1417 were the maximum, and the effective filling time was longer, it may obtain higher yields and maximum grouting rate and dry matter accumulation are different in varieties.
