NaCl胁迫土壤中Na+、Cl-、电导率和pH值变化规律的研究

Changes of Na+, Cl-, Conductivity and pH Value in Soil under NaCl Stress

摘要: 我国盐渍土面积大、分布广泛,严重影响着作物产量。为合理利用盐渍土,提高玉米的产量和品质,试验采用4种NaCl浓度,种植2个玉米品种,分5个时期对土壤中Na+、Cl-、电导率和pH值的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,随着盐胁迫浓度的增加,土壤中Na+、Cl-含量与土壤溶液电导率、pH值均显著增加。土壤Na+含量在Ⅲ、Ⅳ时期最高,Cl-含量在Ⅲ时期后均较高。在各时期中,郑单958的土壤pH值均小于丹玉92。各盐浓度处理的玉米根际Na+含量均低于非根际土壤,而Cl-则恰好相反。各处理根际土壤pH值均小于非根际土壤。

Abstract: The large area and wide distribution of saline soil in China seriously affects the crop yields. In order to utilize the saline soil reasonably and improve the yield and quality of maize, the four kinds of NaCl concentrations were selected, two maize varieties were planted, and it was divided into five sampling periods, then the variation rules of Na+, Cl-, conductivity and pH value in soil were studied. The results show that the Na+, Cl-, conductivity and pH value in soil solution increased significantly with the increase of NaCl concentration. The Na+ content in soil was the highest at the phase Ⅲ and Ⅳ, Cl- contents were all high after the phase Ⅲ. The pH value in Zhengdan 958 soil was lower than that of Danyu 92 at every phase. Na+ contents in rhizosphere soil were significantly lower than that in non rhizosphere soil, while Cl- contents were opposite. The pH value in rhizosphere soil solution was lower than that in non rhizosphere soil.
