乌苏里拟鲿对盐度、碱度的适应性

Adaptability of Pseudobagras ussuriensis to Salinity and Alkalinity

摘要: 用直线回归法和概率单位法分别研究了盐度(S)和碱度(ALK)对乌苏里拟鲿(Pseudobagras ussuriensis)的急性毒性作用,并采用Marking联合指数相加法评价了联合毒性效应。急性毒性试验表明,盐度对乌苏里拟鲿24、48和96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为12.51、11.57和9.81‰,其安全浓度为2.97‰;碱度对乌苏里拟鲿24、48和96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为32.10、24.37和13.76 mmol/L,其安全浓度为4.21 mmol/L。不同时间段的联合毒性试验结果表明,盐度和碱度对乌苏里拟鲿均表现出一定的拮抗作用。

Abstract: Through the linear regression method and the probability unit method, the salinity(S)and alkalinity(ALK)to the acute toxic effects on Pseudobagras ussuriensis were studied, and by using the Marking joint index evaluation method together, the joint toxic effects were also evaluated. The acute toxicity tests show that the half death concentrations(LC50)in 24 h, 48 h, 96 h of salinity to Pseudobagras ussuriensis were 12.51, 11.57, 9.81‰, respectively, and its security concentration was 2.97‰, while the half death concentrations (LC50)in 24 h, 48 h, 96 h of alkalinity to Pseudobagras ussuriensis were 32.10, 24.37, 13.76 mmol/L, respectively, and its security concentration was 4.21 mmol/L. The joint toxicity results in different period show that both the salinity and alkalinity play certain antagonist roles to Pseudobagras ussuriensis.
