摘要: 开展双语教学是高等教育与国际接轨的重要内容, 也是培养生物工程专业人才的重要途径。本文以酶工程的双语教学经验为例,对生物工程专业双语教学的含义、必要性、可行性,实践教学以及目前存在的问题和应采取的措施进行了探索和总结,以期为今后进一步提高双语教学的效果提供依据和参考。

关键词: 生物工程, 酶工程, 双语教学

Abstract: Bilingual teaching is not only the important requirement of internationalization of higher education, but also the significant approach for training persons with ability of professional knowledge and skills in bioengineering. The experience of bilingual teaching in enzyme technology was as an example to summarize the real definition of bilingual teaching, necessity and feasibility, teaching technique and methods, and the existing problems and some effective suggestions for bilingual teaching in bioengineering. It might provide some references and basis for further reform on bilingual teaching in bioengineering.
