不同草莓品种品质特性综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of quality characteristics of different strawberry varieties

摘要: 试验以10个草莓品种为试材,对各品种果实商品品质及果实营养品质指标进行测定,利用聚类分析对草莓各品质指标进行综合评价。结果表明:不同品种在各品质指标方面表现不同,根据聚类分析结果,依据多个品质性状的相关性进行分类,将10个品种聚类分成四类。其中第一类酚类物质较高,包括‘红颜'‘甜查理'和‘丰香';第二类果实口感和单果重较优,包括‘隋株'‘圣诞红'‘佐贺清香'‘雪妹'和‘章姬';第三类可作为加工品种,包括‘全明星';第四类抗氧化性物质含量较高,包括‘初恋'。本试验结果为草莓的品质育种工作提供理论依据。

Abstract: This experiment has used 10 strawberry varieties as test materials. By measuring 19 indicators of fruit quality and nutritional quality of each variety, a comprehensive comparison was made to provide reference for strawberry production and future strawberry breeding in Tianjin. The test results showed that different varieties performed differently in terms of quality indicators. The cluster analysis method was used to classify the ten varieties according to the correlation of multiple quality traits, and the ten varieties were clustered into four categories. Among them, phenols of the first type is higher, including ‘Benihoppe' ‘Sweet Charlie' and ‘Toyonoka'; the second type highlights the fruit taste and single fruit weight, and gathers ‘Suizhu' ‘Ssanta' ‘Sagahonoka' ‘Xuemei' and ‘Akihimei'; the third type is ‘Allstar' and it can be used as a processed variety; the fourth category is rich in antioxidant including first love of ‘Hatsukoi'. The test results provide theoretical basis for strawberry quality breeding.
