土壤盐碱对彩叶树叶片主成分影响的红外光谱分析

Infrared spectroscopy analysis of effects of different soil salinity on salt tolerance of 8 color-leaf trees

摘要: 为快速鉴定彩叶植物在盐碱地上的适应性,以8种彩叶植物为试材,用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)方法,研究不同盐碱地对彩叶植物叶片主成分含量的影响。结果表明:彩叶树叶片的主要成分为糖类、蛋白质、脂类三大类物质。随着土壤盐碱的加重,官能团C――H、糖环所对应的糖类物质含量增加的为金叶槐、金叶女贞,下降的为金叶榆、紫叶矮樱、红叶碧桃、紫叶小檗;官能团C――O、C――C所对应的糖类物质增加的为金叶女贞,下降的为紫叶李、紫叶矮樱、紫叶小檗。紫叶矮樱叶片中官能团C――O所对应的蛋白质(酰胺Ⅲ带)含量减少;金叶槐、金叶女贞、紫叶李、紫叶矮樱、太阳李、红叶碧桃官能团C==O对应的蛋白质(酰胺Ⅰ带)含量呈先增加后减少的趋势;金叶榆、紫叶矮樱、红叶碧桃叶片中中官能团C――H对应脂类物质含量减少,紫叶小檗脂类物质含量增加。

Abstract: In order to quickly identify the adaptability of color-leaf plants on saline-alkali soil, eight kinds of colorful leaf plants were used as materials to study the effects of different saline-alkali soils on the main components of color-leaf leaves. The results showed that the main components of the leaves of Coleus blumei were sugar, protein and lipid. With the increase of soil salinity, the content of carbohydrates corresponding to functional group C――H and sugar ring increased by Sophora japonica and Ligustrum vicaryi, and decreased by Ulmus pumila cv ‘Jinye’, Prunus×cistena N, Amygdalus persica f, and Berberis thunbergii var; The increase of the carbohydrates corresponding to functional group C――O and C――C is in the Ligustrum vicaryi, and the drop is in Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq, Prunus×cistena N, and Berberis thunbergii var. The content of the protein(amide Ⅲ band)corresponding to the functional group C――O in the Prunus×cistena N. decreased; the protein corresponding to the functional group C==O of the Sophora japonica, Ligustrum vicaryi, Prunus×cistena N, Amygdalus persica f, Berberis thunbergii var. and Ehrh.f.atropurpurea jacq increased firstly and then decreased. The content of lipids in the functional group C――H of the Ulmus pumila cv Jinye, Prunus×cistena N and Amygdalus persica f. decreased, and the content of Berberis thunbergii var. increased.
