巴西龟弗氏柠檬酸杆菌病的临床症状及组织病理观察

Clinical signs and histochemical observation of Citrobacter freundii disease in turtle(Trachemys scripta elegans

摘要: 为观察巴西龟弗氏柠檬酸杆菌病的临床症状及其组织病理学特征,采用人工感染试验、石蜡切片和HE染色方法进行组织病理研究。结果表明,感染发病龟主要表现为眼结膜发炎、口鼻皮肤溃烂,解剖可见肺部发黑,肠道淡黄色,无内容物、水样黏液增多等临床症状;组织病理学观察显示眼睑上皮组织色素细胞增多,胃和肠上皮细胞变性、坏死、脱落,心脏心肌纤维间隙变宽、坏死且有大量炎性细胞浸润,肺脏肺泡细胞与血管内皮细胞界限不清、肺泡壁毛细血管淤血,肝脏肝细胞坏死、中央静脉淤血、肝细胞索紊乱,肾脏肾小管上皮细胞坏死,肾小球出血,肌肉肌纤维间隙有大量炎性细胞浸润。以上结果为阐明龟类弗氏柠檬酸杆菌病的致病机理提供一定参考。

Abstract: In order to observe the clinical signs and its histopathological characteristics of Citrobacter freundii disease in turtle Trachemys scripta elegans, Histopathology was studied by artificial infection test, paraffin section and HE staining. The results showed that the main clinical signs of the infected sick turtle were conjunctivitis of the eye, ulceration of the oral and nasal skin; anatomy showed that the lungs were black, the intestinal tract was yellowish, with no content, and the water-like mucus increased. Histopathological observation showed the increase of pigment cells in eyelid epithelium, degeneration, necrosis and exfoliation of gastric and intestinal epithelial cells. The myocardial fibrils were widened, necrotic, and infiltrated with numerous inflammatory cells in the heart tissue. The boundary between pulmonary alveolar cells and vascular endothelial cells was unclear, and the alveolar wall had capillary congestion with Liver cell necrosis, central venous congestion, hepatic cord disorder, renal tubular epithelial cell necrosis, and glomerular hemorrhage. There was a large amount of inflammatory cell infiltration in muscle fiber space. The above results can provide some reference for elucidating the pathogenic mechanism of Citrobacter freundii disease of turtle.
