杏鲍菇不同菌种类型生产性能的比较试验

Production performance of different strains of Pleurotus eryngii

摘要: 以杏鲍菇为试材,利用棉籽壳木屑菌种、麦粒菌种、枝条菌种3种不同类型的栽培种进行对比栽培试验。结果表明:使用枝条菌种生产的杏鲍菇子实体品质好,单袋子实体产量显著高于其他2种类型菌种,生物学转化率达83.10%,子实体生长周期与传统棉籽壳木屑菌种相比可减少10 d,是工厂化生产杏鲍菇的优选栽培种类型。

Abstract: Pleurotus eryngii was used as the material, and three kinds of strains of P. eryngii, including cotton seed shell strain, wheat strain and stick strain, were used for comparative cultivation experiments. The results showed that the fruiting body of stick strain was of good quality, the yield of single bag was significantly higher than the other two kinds of strains, and the bioconversion rate was up to 83.10%. Using stick strain, the growth cycle of the fruiting body was reduced by 10 d compared with that of cotton seed shell strain.
