The construct of college counselors’ cognition pattern about crisis events

摘要: 高校辅导员作为高校学生的管理者和指引者,必须正确认识和恰当处理校园危机事件,将预防危机放在突出位置,事件处理中将减少危机带来的损失放在关键位置,注重危机处理完成之后的反思总结。与此同时,将人身安全高于一切、先应对后追查、顾全大局贯穿在危机处理过程的始终,切实建构起一种危机处理的认知模式。

Abstract: The college counselors, as the managers and guiders, must hold a sober cognition on crisis events. We should lay the prevention of college crisis events on a highlight position. In addition, we also should lay the reduce of loss on a key position when facing the crisis events. Absolutely, we also need to learn introspection and conclusion. At the same time, the three things must be remembered throughout the whole process of crisis disposal that the personal safety of students is above all else, the disposal must be carried out before blaming, and overall interests must be considered. The cognition pattern about crisis events must be constructed effectively.
