Abstract: In order to investigate the effects of different microalgae bait on the growth of Artemia parthenogentica and the environment of aquaculture, this experiment used single and mixed culture methods to feed Artemia with three kinds of seawater microalgae, Isochrysis, Tadpole and Dunaliella. Determination of growth indicators such as body length and body weight of Artemia, and changes in pH and dissolved oxygen of cultured water were studied. The experimental results showed that the effects of different microalgae bait on the culture of Artemia were obvious, and the water environment changes were also different. The effect of Artemia was the best in the mixed culture of Isochrysis galbana and Tadpole algae. The survival rate of Artemia was high, the relative growth rate was large, and the water environment was stable, which provides a good water environment for the growth of Artemia in Bohai Bay. Therefore, the bait formed by the combination of Isochrysis galbana and Tadpole algae can be promoted and applied in the production of aquatic fishery as suitable bait for increasing the survival rate and relative growth rate of Artemia.
