A survey of college students’ satisfaction with online teaching

Abstract: Online teaching is an important teaching method in the third generation distance education system. In the context of COVID-19, online teaching will widely exist in a certain period of time. Research on students’ satisfaction of online teaching is attracting more attention. In this study, SPSS23.0 was used to analyze the data of 1 075 valid questionnaires from 8 colleges and universities in Tianjin, and the satisfaction of students’ online teaching was studied from the aspects of students’ basic attributes, course resources, platform design, learning interaction and so on. This paper obtains the overall situation of college students’ satisfaction with online teaching, analyzes the difference of online teaching college students’ satisfaction, and analyzes college students’ satisfaction over the online teaching situation. Based on the research, some conclusions and suggestions have been made.
