Abstract: To investigate the serotype, toxic genes and antibiotics resistance of Vibrio Parahaemolyticus from the seafoods in Tianjin. Several aquatic species and enviroments were examined for presence of V. Parahaemolyticus in Tianjin of 2015, and some virulence-related genes such as tdh, trh and serotype were investigated from the isolates, the drug-resistant test was carried out to the different serum type strains of V.P. In 2015, 73 samples from 9 districts and countries were collected from Tianjin, and a total of 38 strains of V. Parahaemolyticus were isolated. The isolation rate about 52% the genes tdh, trh existed in 13.2% and 5.2% respectively from 38 isolates; The results of serum typing showed that O1, O3 and O10 were separated, and including serotype O1 accounting for 60% of the major serotype. MIC test was carried out on 9 kinds of drugs with different serum type, the result showed that V. parahaemolyticus was sensitived to quinolones (nicotinic acid norfloxacin Injection, norfloxacin lactate), and non-sensitived to sulfadimidine, sulfadiazine sodium, sulfamethoxazole and neomycin sulphate, and other antibiotics also have different degrees of resistance, There was no significant difference between the sensitivity of V. parahaemolyticus in different serotypes of drugs, in the treatment of diseases caused by the strains could not be considered serotype. This study reveals the significant prevalence of V. parahaemolyticus in seafoods with high diversity of virulence genes. Representative V. parahaemolyticus isolates could be used to provide basic data for the further study of the pathogenicity of V. parahaemolyticus.
