Discussion of Protection and Utilization of Amphibian Populations in China

Abstract

Abstract: Amphibian resources are important natural resources in China, the variety, development and utilization have high economic value. In recent years, the amphibian resources have decreased continuously due to the change of climate, environmental pollution, diseases, the influence of human activity, and the excessive utilization of resources. The paper summarizes amphibian resources development and utilization, analyzes the reason that the amphibian have reduced, and then suggests the amphibian resource protection and prospects. The reviews will help to provide a reference for protecting from the degradation of amphibian populations in China.
