Abstract: With the continuous deepening of China's administrative system reform, personnel management system of public sector in China is also undergoing changes. Along with the continuous transformation of public sector functions, and pay more attention to the service function of social management in the public sector. Therefore, personnel management of the public sector should also keep pace with the times, and thus lay the foundation for the successful transformation of the public sector. In view of the management idea lagging of personnel management in the current public sector, the human resources disposition is not reasonable, lack of scientific performance appraisal, and so on, the questions are carried on the thorough analysis in this article, and on this basis, it put forward some new ideas of personnel management and reasonable suggestions of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system and in order to provide reference for improving the personnel management work of the public sector.
