Abstract: The paper used GC-MS to identify the kinds of volatile products in LB solid-state cultivation of B. amyloliquefaciens LJ02, and took 5 kinds of pathogenic fungi as indicator bacteria with two-sealed-base-plates method and two compartment plate method to detect the antibacterial activity of volatile gas produced by LJ02 strain and determined which active gas ingredients had inhibition with V. mali. The results showed that the volatile products in LB solid state cultivation of B. amyloliquefaciens LJ02 had significant inhibitory effect on most of the fruit-causing fungus, especially V. mali, B. cinerea and Alternaria spp., the inhibitory rate reaching above 50%. B. amyloliquefaciens LJ02 in metabolic process can produce a variety of volatile gases, including 4-ethylphenol, 2-propylcyclohexanone have strong inhibitory effect on V. mali.
