Abstract: In view of the current problems due to the extensive development of urban areas caused by the systematic air pollution, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region selected for the study, through the establishment of share ratio model yields the type and nature of the region's major sources; establishing point source diffusion model with factory chimneys high concentration typical point source pollution laws, combined with fuzzy-matter element model for comprehensive evaluation of air quality levels are given in different radius, giving intuitive judgments; the establishment of non-point source diffusion model for urban traffic as the representative of the machine EMU exhaust emission pollution rules. This study indicate that pollution gas within the second ring in Beijing city is the most difficult to spread and dispel, and easy to spread outside the ring six.

Key words: Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, air pollution, gas share rate, fuzzy matter-element evaluation, point source diffusion
