Abstract: The kidney pathological models injured by gentamycin were established in mice. All of the mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: control group, testⅠgroup and test Ⅱ group. The control group had no treatment and the other groups were given gentamycin by intraperitoneal injection respectively with doses of 0.075 and 0.150 mL for 7 days. The levels of urea, creatinine, serum protein and kidney index in mice were detected. All of test items in mice had no signifcant differences between the control group and the testⅠgroup(P>0.05), but had signifcant differences between the control group and the testⅡ group (P<0.05). The results indicate that injecting 0.150 mL gentamycin to mice for 7 days can make ideal pathological model of kidney.
