Brand Specialty Construction and Practice of Food Science and Engineering

Abstract: Combined the social needs with the talent training objective, according to the brand specialty construction requirements for Tianjin colleges and universities, the brand specialty construction of Food Science and Engineering was put into effect by means of formulating the scheme for talent training, optimizing the main course contents, constructing the practice teaching system and establishing the teacher group of high level.
