Abstract

Abstract: It’s the strategic positioning for the development of modern agriculture to construct the urban and modern agriculture in Tianjin. From the requirements of modern post-harvest agriculture in Tianjin, it is analyzed the spaces of talent demands in Tianjin modern agriculture. In addition, it is expounded the talent demand types according to the development of modern post-harvest agriculture. Also, it is forecasted the related requirements.
