Abstract: To study the acute toxicity of MC-LR to Litopenaeus vannamei and provide reference for scientific culture of Litopenaeus vannamei, the research was carried out. With Litopenaeus vannamei as experimental material, the death individuals were recorded by injecting MC-LR at 0, 50, 100 and 200 μg/kg respectively, and the mortality and LC50 of Litopenaeus vannamei under different concentrations of MC-LR injection were calculated to observe its acute toxic effects. The results showed that the LC50 of MC-LR to Litopenaeus vannamei for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h were 439.990, 384.655, 346.659 and 320.663 μg/kg respectively. The tolerance of Litopenaeus vannamei to MC-LR wasstrong, and the tolerance of Litopenaeus vannamei to MC-LR was stronger when it was infected with low concentration MC-LR. This study has certain significance for understanding the influence of MC-LR on different individual sizes of Litopenaeus vannamei and its toxic mechanism.
