Abstract: The polyphenols in Aronia melanocarpa were purified by macroporous resin. From AB-8、ADS-17、HPD-100 and NKA-II, the best resin was selected for adsorption and desorption of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa. The optimum static adsorption desorption conditions of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa were determined by single factor experiment. The results showed that AB-8 macroporous resin had the best adsorption desorption effect on polyphenols. The optimal static adsorption desorption conditions were as follows: adsorption time was three hours, pH was four, and ethanol volume fraction was 70%; dynamic adsorption desorption process conditions were as follows: sample loading flow rate was 2.0 mL/min, sample volume was 80 mL, elution flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and elution volume was 60 mL. Under the above conditions, the purity of polyphenols from sorbus nigricans was increased from 10.80% to 52.20%, which indicated that AB-8 macroporous resin had a good effect on the purification of polyphenols from Aronia melanocarpa.
