Abstract: This paper takes students' Party branch of College of Art, Tianjin Unirersity of Finance and Economics as an example, to explore the new path of students' Party branch with labor characteristics under the background of ideological and political integration of universities, middle schools and primary schools. This study is aimed at the ideological and cognitive problems of post-00 art student Party members that are lack of will to bear hardships or stand hard work, whose political awareness is not deep, and whose work dedication consciousness is not strong, following the integration instructions and requirements, art college students' Party branch sign cooperation agreement with multiple bases to practice regularly. While outstanding artistic Party members are guided to have a deep understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, they should also be qualified Party members with ideals and responsibilities for the new era.
