Abstract: “Changfeng strawberry” brand awareness has been expanding year by year, and its logistics risk has become an important issue affecting the development of local economy. This article, starting from the characteristics and current situation of “Changfeng strawberry” logistics, pointed out the risks of “Changfeng strawberry” logistics. Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）logistics risk in the external environment including natural environment risk, policy risk, market risk, and internal environment risk including personnel risk, management risk, information risk, technology risk and liquidity risk have been evaluated; and based on the risk assessment results some specific countermeasures have been put forward, in order to improve “Changfeng strawberry” logistics efficiency, help to reduce transaction costs and logistics risk.
