甜高粱出汁率与脉色等性状的相关性研究

Study on correlation between juice yield and vein color of sweet sorghum

摘要: 甜高粱因其茎秆汁液丰富、含糖量高、生物产量高,如今作为一种绿色能源作物和优质的饲料作物受到广泛关注。本研究以粒用高粱‘忻粱52’和甜高粱‘07-27’杂交得到的411株F3代群体为材料,利用Excel 2016和SPSS 19.0对茎秆出汁率与脉色等性状进行遗传变异度、相关性和通径分析, 并利用色差法初步确定了出汁率与脉色的线性关系。结果表明:茎秆出汁率、生物产量和茎秆鲜重的变异系数较大;茎秆出汁率与茎秆鲜重、生物产量均呈极显著正相关关系,与其他性状相关性不显著;通过出汁率与5个农艺性状通径分析,以出汁率为因变量,各性状对出汁率直接贡献顺序为株高>茎秆鲜重>生物产量>茎节数>锤度,再以茎秆鲜重为因变量,各性状对茎秆鲜重直接贡献顺序为出汁率>生物产量>株高>锤度>茎节数,最后以生物产量为因变量,各性状对产量直接贡献顺序为株高>茎秆鲜重>出汁率>锤度>茎节数;随着∆E取值范围变化会得到两条不同的线性方程y=-4.364 1x+661.55和y=-2.213 2x+582.33。

Abstract: Sweet sorghum is widely concerned as a green energy crop and high-quality feed crop because of its rich stem juice, high sugar content and high biological yield. In this experiment, 411 F3 generation population obtained by crossing sorghum ‘Xinliang 52’ and sweet sorghum ‘07-27’ was used as the material. The genetic variation, correlation and path analysis of stem juice yield and vein color were carried out using Excel 2016 and SPSS 19.0 to determine the linear relationship between juice yield and vein color. The results showed that the coefficients of variation of stem juice yield, biological yield and stem fresh weight were larger, and the yield of stem juice, had significant positive correlation with fresh weight of stem and biological yield. And no significant cowelation with other traits. Through the analysis of juice yield and 5 agronomic characters, the direct contribution order of each trait to juice yield was plant height>stem fresh weight>biological yield>internode number>brix. The direct contribution order of each trait to seam fresh weight was juice yield>biological yield>plant height>brix>internode number. With biological yield as dependent variable, the order of direct contribution of each trait to yield was plant height>stem fresh weight>juice yield>brix>internode number. As the range of ∆E changes, two different linear equations y=–4.364 1x+661.55 and y=–2.213 2x+582.33 were obtained.
