高氮土壤下腐植酸与不同量生物炭配施对甜高粱生长及氮素吸收影响研究

Effects of humic acid and different amounts of biochar on the growth and nitrogen uptake of sweet sorghum in high nitrogen soil

摘要: 本试验采用生物炭和腐植酸两种调理剂配合施用,共设5个处理,除一个空白处理外,其他处理的腐植酸施用量不变,生物炭添加量分别占土重的0.25%、0.50%、0.75%、1.00%。结果表明:腐植酸施用量不变时,添加0.25%~0.75%生物炭有利于甜高粱的生长,而添加0.25%生物炭有利于甜高粱干生物量增加,促进甜高粱对于土壤中氮素的吸收,提高氮素利用率。

Abstract: This test used biochar and humic acid two conditioning agents in combination.There were five treatments in this experiment. Except for one blank treatment, the other applied humic acid application amount was unchanged, and the amounts of biochar added were 0.25%、0.50%、0.75% and 1.00% of soil weight respectively. The results showed that 0.25%~0.75% biochar was beneficial to the growth of sweet sorghum. 0.25% biochar was beneficial to the increase of the biomass of sweet sorghum. It could promote the absorption of nitrogen in the soil and improve the nitrogen utilization rate by sweet sorghum.
