温室CO2气肥增施控制器的设计

Design of carbon dioxide gas fertilize control system for greenhouse

摘要: 为实现温室内CO2气肥的精准控制,设计基于开源系统Arduino Mega 2560的CO2气肥增施控制器。系统选择MH-Z14、BH1750、SHT10、DS18B20等传感器实现CO2浓度、光照强度、空气温度湿度、土壤温度等环境参数采集,采用2G容量SD卡实现测试数据海量存贮,LCD12864和4x4小键盘实现人机交互,通过遥控继电器输出控制气肥发生器。采用模糊控制算法根据预设参数控制气肥发生器的工作时长,实现温室内气肥环境的调控。设计完成的气肥增施控制器具备数据采集、数据存贮、参数设置、自动报警、24 h内极值数据查询、气肥发生器调控等功能;气肥调控模式包括手动设置反应时间、手动设置目标浓度自动跟踪、智能选择目标浓度自动跟踪三种模式。与课题组自制电加热气肥发生器联合测试表明,气肥增施控制器实现了预定设计功能。

Abstract: In order to realize the precise control of carbon dioxide gas fertilizer in the greenhouse, a carbon dioxide gas fertilizer application control system was designed, which was based on the open source system Arduino Mega 2560. The system selects MH-Z14, BH1750, SHT10, DS18B20 and other sensors to collect environmental parameters such as carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity, air temperature and humidity, soil temperature, etc., uses 2G capacity SD card to achieve mass storage of test data, LCD12864 and 4x4 keypads to achieve human machine interaction, through the remote control relay output to control the gas fertilizer generator. The fuzzy control algorithm was adopted to control the working hours of the gas fertilizer generator according to the present parameters to realize the control of the greenhouse gas fertilizer environment. The designed controller has the functions of data acquisition, data storage, parameter setting, automatic alarm, extreme data query in 24 hours, and gas fertilizer generator control. The gas fertilizer control mode includes three modes: manual setting of reaction time, manual setting of target concentration automatic tracking and intelligent selection of target concentration automatic tracking. The actual test of the electric heating gas fertilizer generator made by the project group shows that the air fertilizer application controller can realize the designed function.
