Design of leakage safety detector in laboratory and its application in seed tape knitting machine

摘要: 针对实验室仪器设备运行时的漏电威胁到操作者的人身安全问题,本文设计了以AT89C52型单片机为控制器的安全检测仪。该系统以漏电保护原理为主要研究对象,将单片机和高集成度的电路构成精度高的监测单元,利用LABVIEW实现人机交互界面。通过在种子带编织机上的应用与测试,该系统性能稳定,可实现相应功能。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the leakage of laboratory instruments and equipment threatens the personal safety of operators, this study designed a safety detector based on AT89C52 microcontroller. In the system the leakage protection principle was taken as the main research object, the high-precision monitoring unit was composed of single-chip microcomputer and highly integrated circuit, and the human-computer interaction interface was realized by LABVIEW. Through the application and test on the seed belt knitting machine, it is concluded that the system has stable performance and can realize corresponding functions.
