病原菌感染适应宿主相关机制研究进展

摘要: 病原菌造成感染,首先要克服宿主的先天性免疫和适应性免疫机制。为了适应周围环境的压力,病原菌和宿主相互作用,细菌不断发生基因和表型改变,来求得生存。本文对病原菌适应宿主机制进行阐述,包括基因改变中毒力因子下调策略,细菌表型改变,还涉及细菌的耐药性、运动性和密度感应系统等改变。

Abstract: The pathogenic bacteria causing infection, first overcomes host innate and adaptive immunity. In order to adapt to the pressure of the surrounding environment, bacteria interact with host with genetic and phenotypic changing constantly to survive. The mechanism of adapting to host pathogen are described, including genetically altered virulence factor reduction strategy, bacterial phenotype changes such as outer membrane protein, lipopolysaccharide and exopolysaccharide, also changes of bacterial resistance, motility and the quorum sensing.
