Abstract: University library is the important information source of scientific research and undertakes the task of research service and academic innovation. It is a topic worthy of the continuous exploration for the library to integrate the scientific research information efficiently and transfer it to the corresponding scientific research institutions so as to promote the cooperation among organizations and increase comprehensive academic output. Perhaps graduate information commissioner can be the new path or direction to optimize the effect of research information transmission and construct the academic innovation environment.
