摘要: 在以往的水产动物氨基酸营养研究中,多数仅针对单一氨基酸进行研究。近些年来,氨基酸之间的关系以及具有相关性的氨基酸之间关系的研究报道在不断涌现。本文对近年来报道的水产动物饲料中氨基酸的相互关系进行了综述,包括拮抗作用或节约作用。从功能性氨基酸、含硫氨基酸和支链氨基酸等几个方面介绍了具有相关性的氨基酸之间的关系。另外,介绍了水产动物氨基酸交互作用的研究意义以及未来研究所面临的挑战。

Abstract: The previous researches on amino acid of aquatic animals mostly focused on single amino acid requirement and its mechanisms. Recently, more studies reported the relationship between amino acids as well as the interactive effects of related amino acids. In the paper, it is reviewed the recent studies on amino acid relationship, the antagonisms and spare-effects of amino acids. The interactive effects of amino acids and the mechanisms are also reviewed from several aspects, such as functional amino acids, sulfur amino acids and branched chain amino acids. In addition, the significance of investigating the interactions between amino acids as well as the future challenges are discussed.
