Effects of Cold Stress with Different Intensity on Biochemical Indexes in Serum of White-feather Silky Fowl

摘要: 以健康白凤雏鸡为研究对象,研究不同应激强度(比正常低5 ℃和10 ℃)和不同应激时间(急性、慢性和冷适应阶段)对白凤雏鸡肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、γ-谷氨酰转酞酶(γ-GT)、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)、尿素氮(BUN)等生化指标的影响。研究结果表明,在急性应激阶段(24 h内),雏鸡血清中LDH、CK 和γ-GT等酶活性在应激1~2 h内显著上升,统计结果显示,冷应激强度和持续时间明显影响白凤雏鸡的血液生化指标(P<0.05)。冷应激显著激活了血清钙离子震荡波动,明显加强了白凤雏鸡体内糖代谢及能量供应,通过代谢强度增加以抵抗应激刺激,且随应激强度增加机体动员幅度加大。应激15 d后,机体还未完全适应。结果提示,白凤雏鸡对冷应激易感,血清LDH、CK活性可以作为白凤雏鸡的冷应激检测指标。本研究结果为冷应激研究和做好应激条件下珍禽的饲养管理提供了基础资料。

Abstract: Healthy white-feather silky fowl were chosen to study the effects of cold stress with different intensity(lower 5 ℃ and 10 ℃ than normal temperature)and duration(acute, chronic and acclimation stage)on some biochemical indexes in the blood of silky fowl, including activity of creatine kinase(CK), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT), glucose and blood urea nitrogen, Ca2+ and P. The results showed that at the acute stress phase(within 24 h), activity of LDH, CK and γ-GT had been significantly alternated at 1 h~2 h after cold stress, and statistics results suggested that intensity and duration of cold stress significantly affected these biochemical indexes in the blood of silky fowl(p<0.05). Cold stress markedly motivated concentration oscillation of Ca2+. The metabolism of sugar and energy supply in white-feather silky fowl strengthened in response to stress stimuli, and the capacity of energy mobilization was increased with the stress intensity. The results indicate that white-feather silky fowl is susceptible to cold stress; LDH and CK activity in serum can be used as indicators of cold stress test for white-feather silky fowl. The results provide basis information for the cold stress research and management of rare birds under stress.
