摘要: 石墨烯作为碳材料的新成员,从2004 年被发现至今,已引起了科学家的极大兴趣。石墨烯是处于蜂窝状晶体点阵上的碳原子以sp2杂化链接形成的单原子层二维晶体,具有许多独特的理化性质,已成为当前研究的热点之一。石墨烯及其衍生物在载药方面的应用正处在探索阶段,当前,根据实际需求对石墨烯及其衍生物进行药物载体方面的研究是一项极富挑战性的工作。本文重点介绍了石墨烯尤其是氧化石墨烯应用于药物载体方面的最新研究进展,指出了目前石墨烯类材料在药物载体应用中存在的问题,并对其发展进行了展望。

Abstract: As the new member of the carbon materials, graphene has brought up great interest of scientists since it was found at 2004. Graphene is a kind of two-dimensional crystal of a single atomic layer which has a honeycomb crystal lattice of carbon atoms in a sp2 hybrid link formation, exhibits many unique physical and chemical properties and excellent performance due to the unique structure. The current studies on graphene and its derivatives mainly concentrated on the field of the physics, chemistry and materials science. The application of graphene and its derivatives on medical materials and drug delivery is still in exploring stage and regarded as a challenging work. In this paper, the latest research progress in the application of graphene and its derivatives in drug carrier are mainly introduced. The existing problems in the application of graphene materials in drug carriers are also pointed out and the possible development is prospected.
