Research progress on composting removal of antibiotics in livestock manure

摘要: 随着我国规模化、集约化畜禽养殖业的快速发展,大量兽用抗生素被广泛用于畜禽养殖业。由于抗生素在动物体中不能完全被吸收,导致畜禽粪便中抗生素高浓度残留,对生态环境和人类健康构成很大威胁。本文综述了畜禽粪便中常见的四大类抗生素(四环素类、氟喹诺酮类、磺胺类和大环内酯类抗生素)的分布特征及去除方法,比较了不同去除方法对抗生素的降解效果,旨在为畜禽养殖粪便抗生素残留的控制提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of large-scale and intensive livestock and poultry industry in China, a large number of veterinary antibiotics are widely used in animal breeding. Antibiotics cannot be fully absorbed by animals, resulting in high concentrations of antibiotics in animal manures and posing a great threat to the ecological environment and human health. This paper reviewed the distribution characteristics and removal methods of four kinds of antibiotics (Tetracyclines, Fluoroquinolones, Sulfonamides and Macrolides) in livestock and poultry feces. The effects of different methods on the removal of antibiotics were compared to propose suggestions for the control of residual antibiotics in livestock and poultry manure.
