水浴温度对模拟人粪便堆肥理化指标的影响

Effects of water bath temperature on physicochemical indexes during simulated human feces composting

摘要: 人粪便的高效处理能够促进农村地区有机废弃物的循环利用,助力美丽乡村的建设。本文研究低温环境下反应器堆肥过程中水浴温度(20 ℃和50 ℃)对模拟人粪便堆肥理化指标的影响。研究发现,水浴温度20 ℃和50 ℃可使堆体温度分别提高至约27 ℃和约40 ℃。发酵初期未进行水浴加热时酸化严重,而在发酵中后期水浴温度20 ℃的堆体pH值高于水浴温度50 ℃堆体的pH值。水浴温度50 ℃的加水量较高、堆肥含水率却较低,说明水分流失更严重。水浴温度50 ℃的电导率初期较高,中后期则低于水浴温度20 ℃的电导率。水浴温度20 ℃和50 ℃时有机质的去除率接近,分别为31.8%和32.1%。水浴温度50 ℃的种子发芽指数为72.8%,高于水浴温度20 ℃的68.7%,由于前者满足种子发芽指数≥70%的要求,故水浴温度50 ℃的堆肥产品达到腐熟。

Abstract: The effective treatment of rural human feces would improve the recycling of organic wastes in rural area and promote the construction of beautiful countryside. In this study, the effects of water bath temperatures(20 ℃ and 50 ℃)of the composting reactors on the physicochemical indexes of simulated human feces compost were investigated under the low-temperature environment. Results showed that the composting temperature increased to about 27 ℃ and 40 ℃ due to the heating effects of the water bath under the temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃, respectively. The serious acidification was found in the initial period of human feces composting without water bath, and the pH was higher in the middle and latter periods of composting with water bath temperature of 20 ℃ than those with water bath temperature of 50 ℃. The compost with the water bath temperature of 50 ℃ obtained lower water content under higher external water dosage compared to the compost with water bath temperature of 20 ℃, indicating higher water loss for the compost with water bath temperature of 50 ℃. The electrical conductivities of the compost with water bath temperature of 50 ℃ was higher in the initial period of composting process but lower in the other periods of composting process than those with water bath temperature of 20 ℃. The organic removal efficiencies were similar, and the respective values were 31.8% and 32.1% for the compost with water bath temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃. The seed germination indexes(GI)were 68.7% and 72.8% for the compost with water bath temperatures of 20 ℃ and 50 ℃, but only the latter one achieved the maturity standard(GI≥70%)for fertilizer products.
