Abstract: Based on the present situation and the development orientation of the internationalization of Tianjin agriculture, this study made a deep analysis of the surveyed data and found out the contradictions between the demand of agricultural internationalization and the supply of foreign language talents, and also proposed three strategies of talents development: universities should aim at interdisciplinary talents training; employers should develop internationalized talents and society should attract multicultural talents.
