Packaging production line monitoring system of black water-gadfly based on PLC and MCGS

摘要: 为了解决人工黑水虻干虫包装过程中效率低、劳动强度大的问题,本设计以三菱FX3U PLC为控制核心,搭建基于MCGS Pro组态软件的黑水虻干虫包装生产线实时监控系统。利用多传感器模块采集系统运行状态,它能够实现实时跟踪监控包装过程,包括送料、称重、供袋、装袋、包装等动作,从而实现对生产线的远程监控。模拟运行结果表明:该系统可实现人机互动,具有实时性好、可靠性高等特点,将在工厂包装生产线作业中具有广阔的需求空间和应用前景。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity in the packaging process of black gadfly larvae, this design takes Mitsubishi FX3U PLC as the control core, and builds a real-time monitoring system of black gadfly larvae packaging production line based on MCGS Pro configuration software. By utilizing multi-sensor modules to collect operational status, real-time tracking and monitoring of feeding, weighing, bagging, bagging, and packaging actions during the packaging process can be achieved, thereby achieving remote monitoring of the production line. The simulation operation results indicate that: the system can realize man-machine interaction, has good real-time performance and high reliability, and will have broad demand space and application prospect in factory packaging production line operation.
