地形坡度下滴灌毛管铺设长度及灌水小区进口压力分析

Analysis of Drip Pipeline Laying Length and Inlet Pressure under Condition of Terrain Slope

摘要: 地形坡度是影响滴灌系统灌水均匀度的重要因素。计算不同地形坡度条件下滴灌毛管铺设长度时,要分析地形坡度对铺设长度的影响。根据滴灌系统灌区实际布置,计算灌水小区水头损失,推导流量偏差率公式,进而计算灌水小区进口压力。结果表明:地形坡度对毛管铺设长度影响明显,地形坡度0.05时,逆坡毛管铺设长度减少一半,顺坡增加1倍。而采用灌水小区进口压力新的计算方法,灌区小区压力计算结果与实际更吻合。

Abstract: Topography is a main factor to the uniformity of drip irrigation. The laying length of drip line was calculated under different slope to analyze the relationship between slope and drip line laying length in comparison with that of the flat slope. Water head loss was calculated according to practical layout of drip irrigation district. The formula of flow deviation rate was derived, and the practical inlet pressure of the irrigation district was calculated. The results show that topography has a strong effect on drip line length, drip line length reduces to half while adversary slope is 0.05, drip line length doubles while down slope is 0.05. The pressure of irrigation district calculated by new formula corresponds to actual situation.
