蛹虫草菌侵染柞蚕蛹条件的研究

Study on Conditions of Antheraea pernyi Pupa Infected by Cordyceps militaris(L.)Link

摘要: 分别从菌种处理、接种方式、寄主三个角度研究了蛹虫草菌侵染柞蚕蛹的条件,结果表明,用添加70%柞蚕蛹浸出汁制作蛹虫草菌的液体培养基对菌种进行活化培养,以注射的方式接种于灭菌后(121℃,20 min)的柞蚕蛹体内,培养出的子实体最好,蛹体完全僵化所需时间缩短至6 d,僵化率及发草率分别提高至98.0%和99.3%。

Abstract: This research was carried out from three aspects, including strain, inoculation and host, to study the conditions of Antheraea pernyi pupa infected by Cordyceps militaris(L.)Link. The result shows that add 70% leaching juice of the pupa into medium for activation of strain and inoculate to sterilized(121 ℃, 20 min)pupa by injection, can make the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris(L.)Link achieve the best effect. The time of pupa become rigid can be shortened to 6 days and the rate of rigidity and germination can be increased to 98.0% and 99.3%, respectively.
