摘要/Abstract

摘要： 采用石蜡组织切片法,对苏北地区养殖大鳞鲃的性腺发育进行组织学研究,系统地描述了各期精巢和卵巢的形态结构、特征及变化。结果表明：大鳞鲃精巢和卵巢发育均分为6个时期。 6月龄性腺开始出现分化,卵巢和精巢发育在时间上基本是一致的,第Ⅰ期都是最早出现在9月龄,第Ⅱ期出现在第12~18月龄,第Ⅲ期出现在第22~24月龄,第Ⅳ期都在28月龄开始出现,在这之后,雄鱼发育开始稍快于雌鱼,雄鱼在32月龄达到性成熟,此时体重为（686.49±25.38）g,成熟系数10.69%,雌鱼在34月龄达到性成熟,此时体重为（1 349.63±29.56）g,成熟系数10.36%。卵巢发育属于同步分批产卵类型,为一次分批产卵鱼类。

Abstract: The gonadal development of Barbus capito was studied by light-micro-scope feeded in northern Jiangsu, and the characters of the ovary and the testis at different stages were described. The gonadal developments of the fish were divided into 6 stages. The gonads started to divide from 6 months old. It’s consistent in development time of the ovary and the testis, the earliest time of the stageⅠ all appeared in the 9 months, the stage Ⅱ appeared in the 12-18 months, the stage Ⅲ appeared in the 22-24 months, the stage Ⅳ appeared in the 28 months, from now on, the male fish growed faster than the female fish, the male at maturity in the 32 months, the weight was（686.49±25.38）g, the gonado-somatic index（GSI）was 10.69%, the female at maturity in the 34 months, the weight was（1 349.63±29.56）g, the GSI was 10.36%. The ovaries development in Barbus capito is synchronous.
