摘要: 抗菌肽是生物体内经诱导产生的一种具有生物活性的小分子多肽,具有广谱抗革兰氏阳性、阴性菌活性,对真菌、某些有包膜的病毒、寄生虫以及某些肿瘤细胞也有抑制作用。由于其独特的抗菌机制,其有可能成为新的抗生素替代品,同时也可作为一种高效优质的绿色饲料添加剂。本文介绍了抗菌肽的分类、功能、作用机理及在畜禽生产中的应用发展前景。

Abstract: Antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) are important bioactive polypeptides induced by the innate system of organisms. These peptides are of broad-spectrum activities against a wide range of microorganisms including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and can inhibit fungi, some enveloped viruses, parasites, and the growth of some tumor cells. AMPs have unique antibacterial mechanisms and may become a new alternative to antibiotics as well as a kind of green feed additive of high efficiency and high quality. In this review, it is discussed the classification, function, mechanism, and the application and development prospect of AMPs in the animal production.
