摘要: 地理标志农产品不仅可以使农民收入得到持续增加,而且可以有效地将资源和区域优势转化为品牌和市场竞争优势,有利于农业的可持续发展和国际竞争力的提升。由于地理标志农产品具有公共产品的特征及市场存在信息不对称的特点,政府部门需建立相应的强化监管机制。基于我国地理标志农产品的总体发展状况,本文分析了目前的困境,提出了相关的政策建议,以期促进我国地理标志农产品保护和发展机制的建设。

Abstract: The agricultural products of geographical indications can not only increase the income of farmers continuously, and also change the resource and area advantages into the brand and market competition advantages, and it is conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture and the promotion of international competition abilities. Due to the characteristics of public products of agricultural products of geographical indications and the information asymmetry characteristics of the market, the government needs to establish the appropriate mechanisms to strengthen the supervision. Based on the overall development situation of China agricultural products concerning about geographical indications, the realistic predicament is analyzed, and the relevant policies and proposals are offered in this paper in order to promote the related mechanism construction about the protection and the development.
