提高白蛾周氏啮小蜂室内繁育效率的研究

摘要: 提高白蛾周氏啮小蜂的室内繁育效率需要在蜂种复壮、适合繁蜂的柞蚕蛹选择、大批量繁育前蜂种的挑选等各个环节保持协调统一。蜂种复壮的质量高低往往在很大程度上影响繁育效率。采集野生蜂种进行复壮扩繁,用作大批量扩繁用蜂种的效果较好。在大批量室内繁育前期,要对柞蚕蛹进行少量接种,以进行寄生率高低检验试验,选择前期试验寄生率高且稳定、经过低温处理、产地生产年限在5 a以内、质地较硬、蛹体头部透明部位呈冰块颜色的柞蚕蛹为原料效果较好。大批量接种前,要选择出蜂早、整齐、数量大、一枚寄生柞蚕蛹从开始出蜂到出完的时间在12 h以内的较好。

Abstract: Improving the indoor reproductive efficiency of Chouioia cunea needs the cooperation of larva rejuvenation, tussah pupa selection for breeding, and breed selection before large scale reproduction. The quality of larva rejuvenation determines the efficiency of large scale reproduction, and it is better to collect wild breed for rejuvenation. In the early stage of large scale indoor reproduction, it is necessary to inoculate the tussah pupa to test the parasitic rate. The tussah pupa should have hard texture, show icy color on the transparent part of the head, and have high and stable parasitic rate, furthermore, should have gone through the low temperature treatment within 5 years of duration. Before the large scale inoculation, it is better to select the tussah pupa of early maturation, timely manner, large quantity, and needing 12 h for a parasitic tussah pupa to finish pupating.
